The 400 grit Diamond Disk is used for sharpening dull and damaged instruments that need an aggressive grit to bring their edges back to life and is the fastest way to renew an edge. Please Note: The 400 grit Diamond Disk is available in two different shaft shapes. Please look at the shafts on your machine to determine which one you will need. The "R" Shaft is perfectly round and the "D" shaft has a flat side to the shaft.
